Not sure whether the repair is worth doing or not? Bring your phone in and talk to one of our professionals. We ALWAYS advise you on your options and what we feel is the best option for you. Sometimes returning to the provider is the best solution. If your phone is less than one year old the manufacturer may best be able to help. We will always send you in the direction that is best for you.

Mobile Madness offers 90-day warranties on all repairs except for liquid damaged phones, plus we have a huge inventory of parts & accessories. Our Medford store is open 6 days a week and is located at Fred Meyer North, 2424 Crater Lake Hwy in Medford. We have a new location in Ashland with much better parking! Our Ashland store is located in the Ashland Shopping Center at 1650 Ashland Street. That’s where Wendy’s & the Dollar Tree are! We’re right behind the Dutch Bros Kiosk. The Ashland location is open 5 days a week, Monday through Friday.  Our Grants Pass store will be permanently closing on April 30, 2023. This will allow us to better serve the entire valley with more experienced staff at one location.

 Here are some helpful tips from our expert technicians!

Identifying scam texts is not that hard. Improper grammar, funky hyperlinks that aren’t ”PayPal.com” (as an example in this particular message). Never reply, never click the link. log in to your accounts the way you normally do to check for notifications or confirm/deny these texts, and report them when given the option. Blocking these numbers won’t do you any good though, as scam texts will never come from the same number twice.
