Mobile Madness has been repairing mobile devices in Southern Oregon since 2005. We are looking for an outstanding Customer Service Representative to join our team. The position is for front counter help with the possibility of moving on to become a repair technician. Cell phone knowledge & experience is a must, sales experience is a plus. We pride ourselves with having some of the friendliest, most customer-oriented employees in the area. We strive to treat all our customers like family.
We are a locally owned business in the Rogue Valley and pay a competitive salary, based on experience. Weekend shifts will be required. The right candidate will provide references and must have reliable transportation.
Our team has been with us for the long-term, so those seeking short-term employment will not be considered. Vacation and holiday pay is available after 6 months. Quarterly bonuses can be earned based on performance.
